Overlooking Stormshire's Picturesque landscape is a cliff.  Upon that cliff lies three graves.  One is marked Elmdorus Riovanni, the other Marcus Riovanni.   The last is the wreckage of the last grave of Velius Riovanni.   The air here is rife with the hallowed dead's remaining power.  Whispers lay in the wind, calling those who listen paired only by the waves of the ocean colliding with the broad cliff's base below.   Their legacies are etched in stone, a tribute for all they have done for the clan, despite all they have ruined.

The Vineyards at Stormshire

Formerly owned by Master Vintner, Artursk Min'ude.  Now operated by Magdalena Riovanni.  A fertile patch of soil kissed by ocean's swell and mountainous minerals.   The heirloom grapes here date back centuries, and are considered the finest Old Vine in Rhy'din.   The process of creating the masterpieces known as Stormshire Red are a closely guarded secret, however it is not secret that if one wishes for the best, they seek a bottle of Red.

Davin is a rare sight in the realms of Rhy'din.   A mortal man who has achieved a ripe age beyond his fifties.   Many men who live this long do so by staying hidden. however, Davin did nothing of the sort.   Once a captain of an esteemed House, when the family line was wiped out, Davin found himself without family and home.  He took work as a simple guardsman and bodyguard, eventually landing a job with Anthos Gustave, a mason Martinus Riovanni had worked with prior to Stomshire's first rebuild.

As time passed, Davin felt a connection to the Knight.   Much like him, honor was a rarity, and eventually, the two befriended one another, and Martinus offered him a life within Stormshire.   It wasn't an easy life, yet it was one full of duty and purpose.   Davin strives to uphold the teachings of the Lord and Lady of Stormshire and would willingly lay his life down for them both.  He currently serves as their Commander of the Castle Watch and produces many talented swordsmen.

The Haven and central hub of the Riovanni lays within the North-Western territories of Rhy'din.   As an old war keep, Stormshire is surrounded tactically by water with only one path to her doors.   It is secluded well outside of Inner Rhy'din and it's picturesque views of the ocean and cliffs serve as the home of the Ancients Martinus and Amy.   The castle itself has a rich history including partial destruction during the War of Man as well as surviving a total raising by Sanguis (Marcus) Riovanni during the War of Brothers.   Rebuilt, the modest Castle welcomes it's family warmly.

Riovanni  Castle

Former Capital of the Riovanni under the command of Velius, Riovanni Castle served as a central hub of operations during both the War of Man and the War of Brothers.   The castle has been a beacon of the Riovanni name for ages until Martinus imposed exile upon himself after the death of the original Elders at the hands of Marcus Riovanni.    The castle served as a haven during Martinus and Amy's realm and still houses the Crypts where Corvus Riovanni and Velius were laid to rest.    It is currently held by Stormshire forces during it's reconstruction.

The story regarding Anthos is a rather typical one is some person's eyes.    Romanced with the idea of becoming Knight and serving a noble Lord, Anthos trained night and day with sword and shield.   Much like the shattered dreams of the youthful, Anthos was thrust into a different life - using what experience he had with combat as a sellsword - quite the opposite as his original intent.   Anthos is credited with assisting the Rhy'din Castleguard with Quelling the Bard Uprising as well as several other notible skirmishes.    He is a fine swordsman but he yerned to belong to something more.    During the reconstuction of Stormshire, Anthos was hired as a bodyguard to the mason's supply carts as the road to Stormshire by cart would take several days and the materials valuable.   It is there he met Davin Seaworth, A Knight under tutelage of Martinus Riovanni.    The two soon became quite attached and he agreed to serve under the grizzled veteran assisting him with numerous watch duties.    He was eventually hand picked by the Wolves to serve as Captain of the watch when the Riovanni reclaimed Castle Riovanni for the clan.   A task he is both thankful and honored to undertake with fierce loyalty.

Formerly, The Blood Rose Tavern, Martinus and Amy rennovated the dank tavern into one of the finest tavern, inn, and dining experiences Rhy'din has to offer.   It's fare is legendary, scents from the kitchen welcome those lucky enough to walk past the exterior.   Upstairs boasts many various rooms for guest accomedations and downstairs a full wine cellar with a rather grim secret only a HAND-picked few will ever have the ability to witness.   The Killing Moon is Martinus and Amy's cherished home away from home headed by the awkwardly charming Gregory Triggs.

Perhaps Gregory isn't the most likely of candidates when seeking a bartender for your new tavern.   Young, inexperienced, and socially awkward, Gregory has a lot to learn about his career and life in general.   However, there is a certain charm to his naivety.   What counts is his desire to learn, and the fact despite his "green" nature in the world of "drink tendering" he produces some of the most inexplicably tastiest beverages around.  Sure the boy has some quirks like his well-known hatred for lemons, but deep down inside he is a gentle soul with a natural talent which has reached near prodigy status.

Gregory is now the Front End Operator of the Killing Moon, a task he both adores and struggles with in comedic fashion.   One thing is for sure, if you frequent The Killing Moon and Gregory is there, it won't be a dull affair.

Library of the Ancients

The tall tower of the Library stands high above the wooded glen in which it resides.  Once it was a relic within a dead and lost ruin, but has been since relocated to its new home upon Riovanni lands, where those who seek study and scholarship are safe to pursue such.  Miles of labyrinthine shelves house the chronicles of Rhydin's vivid history spanning many millennia.   The Caretaker and Owner, Nefertari Riovanni, welcomes all who seek knowledge within its sturdy walls, the only rule being that no book may leave the Library itself.  Wards upon restricted areas ensure the safety of the more dangerous tomes within the collection.
